Nine Words Women Use



(1) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

(6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

(7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome' . That will bring on a 'whatever').

(8) Whatever: Is a woman's way of saying F-- YOU!

(9) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.

I'm a big doorknob!

I was going out for a rare girls night out last night & I didn't wait for the garage door to be 100% of the way open and I backed into it and knocked the door of it's track on my side..luckily our neighbor came over and helped fix it and there is just a small dent in the garage...BUT... the top fin on the back of my Sequoia is all chipped & cracked... Jeff isn't mad & didn't yell since we got the garage door fixed, but he just keeps saying that it's typical Sara, which really doesn't make me feel any better ......... he did tell me to still go out last night since I rarely rarely ever go out, but I wanted to make cookies instead of going to a club, I'm now regretting it because I don't think I'd still be beating myself up over it

Worrying about calories seems silly after you've consented to a French fry grease-fest, but sometimes you can't help it. During one such conflicted experience, I wondered if some fast-food fries were less hard on the body than others. Looking at the nutritional facts of some common French fry purveyors, I found that you can, indeed, save some serious calories if you know which fries to buy.

I looked at these seven:
-Arby's Curly Fries
-Burger King's French Fries
-Carl's Jr.'s Natural-Cut Fries

I'm so excited! Griffin won 4 tickets to see High School Musical on Ice this Friday morning. We were surprised by our mail today. Hudson (4yo) and Griffin (3yo) are going to have so much fun. They really love music and dancing.

We have a little local kids newspaper that runs contests and I entered both of them in a couple contests ... this one .. and the NBA All-Star Jam Session. It would be so cool if we win some tickets the the NBA Jam. Ok.. now I'm getting greedy .. LOL


ok... I posted that on Tuesday or Wednesday & forgot to publish it.... oh well.........
I'll continue from there...........

Our house was pretty sick on Thursday..........
Griffin (3yo) threw up between 12:30-2am, Jeff has been continuously since 6am, the nurse called for me to pick up Hudson (4yo) because his teachers were concerned since he started crying & said his belly hurt (very not typical Hudson), but when I got to school he was completely fine... Griffin and I hung out for music and play time, but left a little after 10 because my belly is upset too... any extra movement I feel like I need to get sick, but just can't .... at least Griffin is back to his normal self and Hudson is too................. and then that afternoon I took the boys on a tiny walk to the elem. school around the corner so they could see the construction vehicles.... well, Griffin started doing the potty dance, I asked him if he needed to go, he said no, little bit later asked me to pick him up, and then he peed on me... nice, huh? I'm already not feeling well & then that

yesterday morning we actually went to High School Musical on Ice. It was so much fun! Since it was a Friday morning performance there were lots of empty seats so it was easy for the boys to stand up and dance. Hudson loves to dance around. He's my little break dancer spinning around on the floor - at least he didn't get on the floor there. Now that would've been funny! The beginning of the performance was a dance instruction so everyone could do an opening dance along with the cast. I was surprised with how he really paid attention to it. It was sooo cute! I did take some pics of them and some friends, but I still can't find my camera cord to upload the pics. It's been lost in our house since October so I probably just need to buy a new one. Last time I used it was in our bedroom so I have no idea how it disappeared. I think our friendly house ghost must've walked away with it.

It's my baby Griffin's 3rd birthday today.

In celebration of his birthday, we are starting out the day at Ikea for breakfast, then braving the mall to get him a new pair of Crocs.

gosh... I haven't been too active with my poor blog lately.

I'm sorry to all of you.. ( a little forgiveness gift below)

I have no idea what kept me away last week, but this week we've been super busy since it's Fall Break from school. We've gone to the park, the zoo, the pool, and misc errands... plus, I've been working every single night.

Besides all the running around with that stuff, I finally had my appearance in court for the dog attack I witnessed last April. It was one scary dog attack too. I was the only person who witnessed the very beginning how it happened.

the following is from my April 18th blogging:
yesterday morning I was a witness to a dog attack close to my house at a greenbelt
well, it really opened up my eyes about having my guard up when we see dogs when we are out for a walk
I was over at the big patch of grass that dips down... Hudson wanted to play "chase me" & I'm so glad we didn't get started with that...........
there was a woman with 3 larger dogs resting on the smaller patch of grass on the opposite side of the sidewalk right there...... and another woman walking her two Yorkies through the big greenbelt and as soon as they got in the sight of the big dogs, one and then the other two took off for an attack..... (they were on a leash, but not a firm grasp & the owner was looking the other direction talking on the phone)................the attack dogs owner came to try and get her dogs and I ran over and pulled two of the big dogs off.... luckily a woman on the other side of the street came over to take care of my boys while they were screaming
when all was over... a nice woman driver took the little Yorkies to the vet... Nick is ok, but Nora had an intestinal issue with surgery and an infection last night, hopefully she recovers ok............. the owner had a chunk taken out of her arm.........I talked with her this morning, she had her first skin graft last night and will have to have another couple later
I stayed around for quite a while, the last witness...but I have no idea what happened with the attacking dogs... Animal Control was with with them when I left to take Hudson to school (the one that bit her was a Pit mix)
sooooooooooooooooooo.... now I am really going to have my guard up whenever I see dogs when we are out for a walk........please be aware of your surroundings... it only takes a brief moment with no warning for something like this to happen

anyway, the owner of the pit mix was given 7 citations, her dog was put to sleep in May... and she has been fighting 2 of the 7 citations since then.... Tuesday was finally the day in front of the judge... one of the citations she was fighting was about her not having control of her dogs... HELLO... she so didn't... it wouldn't have happened if she had control of them..........
I was released after my testimony so I don't know what the outcome was. I really need to call the prosecuter's office to check on it
