Here's the next portion of Penelope.  Dang!  I have been so super pokey with getting you this 2nd paper pack.  This is the 3rd of 4 portions available for you.  The 1st bunch of papers are no longer available, but the elements are still available for a few days longer...and then they will disappear when I add the alpha pack.
